Lieutenant Steve Weeks is assigned as the Administrative Services Commander for the Central Command. He has held that position since July 2006. Lieutenant Weeks is an 8 year veteran of the Department.

Lieutenant Weeks joined the Churchill County Sheriff’s Department in 1990 and left there as a patrol division sergeant in 1998. He started his career with the Department of Public Safety in the Division of Parole and Probation in Fallon. He was promoted to Sergeant over the Sex Offender Unit in the Reno Field Office of the Northern Command in 2001 and transferred to the Prerelease Unit at the Headquarters Office in 2003 and the Carson City Field Office in June 2006. In July 2006 he was promoted to Lieutenant with the Highway Patrol Division.
