CRASH REPORT REQUEST

  • Information required to request crash report: Crash Number, Last name of involved party, and date of crash. Crash number must include "NHP" followed by number. Example: NHP123456789
  • Crash reports will be available 7-14 days from date of crash.
  • $10 Fee per crash report.
  • Contact Regional offices for fatal reports and all crash photos ($5 fee for photos).

        Lovelock, Winnemucca, Elko, Ely, Austin, Battle Mtn, Carlin, Eureka, Golconda, Imlay, Wells, W. Wendover as well as other parts of Eastern Nevada.

          Southern Command Covers:

          Las Vegas, Beatty, Nixon, Boulder City, Laughlin, Searchlight, as well as other parts of Southern Nevada.
